Demand Planning Manager

If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as Demand Planning Manager.

About the Role
>In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the demand planning function, developing accurate forecasts, shaping long-term category plans, and optimising inventory to ensure the right products are available at the right time. You’ll work closely with teams across the business—including Category Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product—to align demand plans with commercial goals and support ongoing growth.

You will also mentor and guide a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Develop robust long-term (3+ years) category-level plans.
  • Build and maintain 18-month SKU-level sales forecasts using market data and commercial insights.
