Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Working 5 out of 7 days including weekends

Responsibilities
  • Plan inbound deliveries to meet customer requirements whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Suppliers and Logistics providers.
  • Develop and execute production plans.
  • Analyse supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports on KPIs.
  • Risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Proven Supply Chain Planner experience.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management and logistics.
  • Strong IT skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in using supply chain management software (ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
