Delivery Manager

Full-time permanent, £50-£60k per annum, hybrid - approx. 1-2 days onsite in London per week

We are currently looking for experienced Delivery Managers to join one of our consultancy partners, who are delivering digital services into Central Government. We are looking for someone who excels in leading teams, leading digital and technology delivery processes, and building strong, value-driven client relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, guiding and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, manage risks, and ensure smooth development and delivery.
  • Foster strong collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and client organisations.
  • Manage client accounts, oversee financial performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for client partners.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Agile delivery across the full project lifecycle.
  • Hands‑on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering public‑sector services aligned with GDS standards.
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy environment would be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Understanding of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
  • Proven ability to develop people and build high‑performing teams.
  • Confidence managing budgets and account performance.
