We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing Civil Digital Factory Digital & IT team. Were looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in building and managing high-performing teams that people love to work in and someone who will relish the challenge of taking the lead on one of our key development streams.
In this role you will provide day-to-day delivery focussed leadership supplier management coordination to achieve project goals input into product strategy and development of your team. Were looking for a manager who can bring technical specialists together in a cross-functional team to deliver multiple projects supporting our strategic goals. The delivery team is responsible for developing cloud software and infrastructure solutions.
Youll be highly driven and delivery-focussed constantly driving for automation and continuous improvement. Youll be enthusiastic about developing supporting and encouraging people to develop to their full potential to be at their best and to enjoy their jobs.
