In this role, you will be a Customer Service Team Member delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be out on the road in all weather, using our automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load your van.

Working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. Premiums will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.25 per hour, with potential for enhanced overtime. All breaks are paid.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top quality products on time and in an efficient manner as part of a customer service team.
  • Use automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load vans.
  • Engage with customers in a positive, professional manner as a customer-facing team member.
  • Work on a shift pattern that includes evenings and weekends, with base pay plus premiums.
  • Honor paid breaks and maintain a safe and respectful workplace.
Qualifications
  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
  • Over 18 years old for roles involving handling alcohol products.
  • Good communication skills for a customer-facing role.

Contract Details
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
  • Contracted Days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts; further information during pre-boarding.
  • Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30; finish as late as 00:00. Shift rota available up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay
  • Pay Structure: Lunar pay (paid every 4 weeks).
  • Hourly Rates:
  • Basic rate: £12.78 (Mon–Sat)
  • Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
  • Sunday Day Premium: £1.28
  • Sunday Evening Premium: £2.51
  • Overtime (Mon–Sat Day): £15.98
  • Overtime (Mon–Sat Evening): £17.38
