Delivery Driver

Our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers play a crucial role in our operation, providing a reliable and committed delivery service across 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. With plenty of parcels to keep you busy, there is no better time to join Yodel.

As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility and better financial rewards, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. You don’t need any experience, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Benefits and Earnings

• Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect – Typically, earn between £18 - £20 per hour (paid per parcel).
• All rates are competitively enhanced taking business mileage and operational costs into consideration.
• Daily & Weekly Payment Options – Flexible payment options to access earnings from the next day via Onsi, or join the weekly payment cycle after 4 weeks of completed deliveries.
• Regular work with plenty of parcels to deliver and collect; maximum parcel weight up to 15 kg; 16-25 parcels per hour depending on area and experience, 6 days a week.

• Regular work in the same area – Local routes, staying near familiar roads and customers.

The Life of a Core Delivery Driver

Each day is what you make it. You can plan your own route. At each delivery or doorstep, use your mobile to scan parcels and ensure they are safely received by the customer. We arrange a suitable time to collect parcels daily, or for rural locations, we can drop them to you.
