We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly organised Delegate Engagement Manager to drive audience acquisition across our global summits and awards.

Working closely with the Marketing team, you will play a critical role in growing delegate attendance, increasing conversion rates, and driving awards entries, across our portfolio of flagship events.

This role suits someone who is enthusiastic, engaging, data-literate, and confident communicating with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
Delegate Acquisition & Outreach
  • Conduct personalised outreach to prospective delegates via email, LinkedIn and phone to drive registrations for our summits
  • Manage and nurture pipelines across multiple events, ensuring steady volume and quality of prospects
  • Write clear, compelling copy for outreach messages and follow‑ups
Conversion & Relationship Management
  • Engage with registered delegates to confirm attendance, answer queries and maximise conversion rates
  • Build rapport with senior‑level contacts (e.g. COOs, CFOs, CTOs, GCs)
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and event knowledge in all communications
Awards Entry Engagement
  • Conduct targeted outreach to drive award submissions and ensure strong category representation
  • Guide entrants through the submission process and support them with queries
Lead Sourcing & Data Management
  • Research and source new leads to expand the relevant audience pools for each event
  • Update and enhance contact information within Salesforce to maintain data accuracy
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to refine targeting, segmentation and messaging
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work in partnership with marketers to align outreach with campaign activity, event positioning and audience strategy
  • Provide regular updates on outreach progress, conversion metrics and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Ops, Sales) where relevant to support audience delivery
Qualifications – Essential
  • Strong written communication skills and able to craft concise, persuasive outreach copy.
  • Confident communicator who can engage senior executives with ease.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Experience in a target‑driven or outreach‑focused role.
  • Highly proactive with the ability to self‑manage pipelines and tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, positive mindset and a genuine team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications – Desirable
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Familiarity with B2B events, awards programmes or professional services.
  • Interest in financial/alternative investments, private markets or hedge fund industries.
