The role involves managing complex debt recovery cases for a Local Authority and is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. With a flexible work-life balance and an attractive hourly rate between £50 - £60, this position could be ongoing for up to 12 months. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer experienced in debt recovery matters to join a Local Authority in the North West on a locum basis. The authority is open to speaking with both part-time and full-time candidates due to an increase in workload in the legal team.
Key Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Lawyer role:
Our client is seeking a Lawyer with experience in dealing with complex debt recovery work.
We are especially interested in candidates with post-qualification experience in adult social care debt recovery, or who have a significant amount of transferable skills i.e. adults / litigation experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer experienced in dealing with debt recovery matters to join a friendly and supportive team. This position is to start immediately and could be ongoing for up to 12 months.
