About the role

The role sits within the Private Equity Portfolio (PE Portfolio) Tax team, one of the most successful groups in PwC's Deals Tax network. Operating nationally, the team ensures that wherever individuals are based, clients benefit from access to leading experts and professionals enjoy exposure to the broadest range of opportunities. This environment provides the chance to broaden your technical expertise, strengthen commercial awareness, and build lasting client relationships. You will be part of a team that values innovation, supports professional growth, and encourages you to contribute ideas that shape the way we deliver tax services.

  • Leverage internal networks to access specialist input on tax and non‑tax matters in transactions
  • Ensure successful project delivery and management, including oversight of financial performance
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the Deals Tax Team, driving growth and diversification initiatives
