Hospitality Assistant – Solihull (Contract / Full Time, Permanent)

Location: Solihull, West Midlands – private day senior school catering for 1,200 students and teachers daily. Salary: £12.56 per hour, 40 hours per week.

• Support the General Manager and Assistant Managers in delivering core catering services (morning break, lunch).
• Lead, inspire, and coach teams to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure efficient operation and compliance with food safety, budgeting, and rota management.

Global Support Manager – Flooid

Role: Lead global service desk and support operations across multiple languages and time zones. Full-time, permanent.

• Develop and scale support functions for global markets.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, high‑quality customer support.
• Implement service metrics, process improvements, and knowledge base management.

Café / Restaurant Manager – Solihull (Daytime)

Salary: up to £30,000, alternate weekends off, evenings free, with staff discount.

• Manage all aspects of a busy café‑style restaurant from breakfast through lunch.
• Lead front‑of‑house team in a fast‑paced, high‑footfall environment.
• Ensure venue cleanliness, presentation, and consistent stock levels.
• Handle opening and closing duties, food safety standards, rota planning, budgeting, and team training.
• Drive sales and revenue through excellent service standards and local marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Retail‑Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
