Velox Education is working with several nurseries in the Slough area who are seeking dedicated Daycare Nursery Assistants with a genuine passion for the EYFS. Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 support or working with small groups of children
• Assisting the class teacher and supporting the whole class
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Supervising children during activities, playtime, and lunch breaks
• Promoting positive behaviour and acting as a role model
• Motivating and encouraging children to reach their full potential

Qualifications

• A positive, caring, and energetic attitude
• EYFS Level 2 or 3 qualification or higher (essential for all nurseries)
• Genuine enthusiasm for Early Years learning and development
• Ability to monitor and record children's progress
