Job description

Radis Community Care are looking for a Part Time Day Centre Support Worker to join our team at The Old Maltings, Swaffham.

You will need to be available for 10am – 3pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. 15hours per week (potential to increase) No weekends.

At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.

The role:

The Day Centre offers support through a variety of activities for the clients (ie art, music, cooking, sensory etc).

These diverse activities empower the clients, allowing them to develop and maintain their skills and wellbeing. As support staff you will play a crucial role in helping develop those life skills. The role is to promote resident’s independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of support.
