Job summary

A growing trade association is seeking a tech-savvy Database Officer. This part-time role (30 hours/week) focuses on managing the CRM/CMS, enhancing member experience, and supporting IT processes. Ideal candidates will have CRM experience, be data-driven problem solvers, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

A growing trade association is looking for a tech‑savvy Database Officer to elevate digital operations, improve member experience, and support CRM/CMS development (Ready Membership).

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing & improving the membership CRM/CMS
  • Supporting onboarding, renewals & member communications
  • Website updates & digital content
  • Reporting, data insights & GDPR compliance
  • First‑line IT support
  • Supporting events, bookings & payments (Xero)
  • Getting hands‑on with new AI‑driven digital tools

  • CRM/CMS experience (membership or customer‑focused backgrounds welcome)
  • Data‑confident, detail‑driven, tech‑minded
