Responsibilities
  • Manage client-facing functions on a day-to-day basis, supporting the Data & Tech Director
  • Build strong relationships with client teams including Digital Marketing, Media Strategy, Measurement, Martech etc.
  • Rapidly gain an understanding of Publicis proprietary technologies and support in their deployment for the account
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing setup, data infrastructure and challenges, scope needs and contribute to ideation and system design for new custom solutions, as well as sophisticated measurement and optimisation processes
  • Supporting in identifying client needs and defining use cases, and contributed to system design for custom technical solutions at the cutting edge of digital media
Qualifications
  • Experience, most likely within an agency or consultancy, of client management in digital media
  • A good understanding of technical solutions, including experience working with engineering and data science resources
  • A strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including experience working with various martech and adtech solutions and major digital ad platforms (Google, Meta etc.)
  • A strong understanding of at least one digital media channels, (e.g. Search, Social, Programmatic) and previous exposure to several
  • Proven experience navigating complex organisations and delivering impact
