Job summary

A leading data solutions company is seeking a hands-on Data Quality Lead to guide a team and drive data quality practices across cloud data platforms. In this hybrid role based in London, you'll collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to establish data quality rules, develop dashboards, and support governance processes. Key skills include ETL, SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms. This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months, with the option to extend.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ETL / ELT processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
  • Background in data quality frameworks and governance.
  • Basic understanding of data engineering principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small data quality management team.
  • Build data quality rules, metrics, and profiling checks.
  • Develop dashboards for data quality monitoring.
  • Advise on data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization.
  • Work on metadata, lineage, and trust scoring.
  • Support the SDLC and data governance processes.

Job Title : Data Quality Lead

Duration : 6-Month Initial Contract + extn

We're looking for a hands‑on Data Quality Lead to guide a small team and drive enterprise‑wide data quality practices across cloud data platforms.

You'll work with data engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to build DQ rules, profiling frameworks, dashboards, and governance processes.
