Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with OrgVue and SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to consolidate, cleanse, and manage large volumes of people data.
• Experience supporting organisational design or organisational change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, integrate, and act as custodian of all confidential people-related data.
• Ensure data requirements are understood and accurately reflected in key outputs.
• Support the Head of OD with the implementation and launch of OrgVue.
