The Role:

Join the Independent Reviewing Service (IRS) as a Data Lead Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality and the smooth operation of the service. The IRS play a critical role in safeguarding vulnerable children, overseeing care planning for children in care, ensuring that plans are robust, timely, and focused on achieving the best outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Line manage a team of two administrators
  • Oversee data quality assurance for the IRS
  • Collate and analyse performance data
  • Produce monthly caseload reports
  • Allocate monthly audits
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in line management and team coordination.
  • Experience in data collation and reporting.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel and proficiency in using other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
