Compensation: £31,000 - £37,000 / year
We are looking for a collaborative and knowledgeable Data Integrity Support Officer to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in fraud prevention, ideally with Cifas investigation experience.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for consumers, taking ownership of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensuring they are handled accurately and in line with Data Protection legislation. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive consumer experience by providing clear guidance and support through emails, phone calls, and enquiries. Working closely with our Data Integrity team, you’ll also assist with resolving complaints and liaising with Cifas members to answer their queries quickly and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining attention to detail with excellent communication skills to make a real impact.
