We are seeking a Data Governance Consultant to support the Enterprise Data Governance Lead across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data governance and data product management, who can act as a bridge between business technology and data governance teams. The successful candidate will bring a user-centric mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and experience within the Life Sciences sector . You will also play a key role in mentoring and training junior team members, helping to build a high-performing data governance function.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Proven experience in:
  • Data governance and data quality management.
  • Data product management.
  • Delivering data literacy programs and governance roadmaps.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa).
• Experience in:
  • Supporting enterprise-wide data governance programs.
  • Building and maintaining communities of practice (templates, best practices, advisory support).
  • Working cross-functionally and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Background in life sciences across multiple functions (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Tech Ops, Commercial).
