A leading event organization based in Twickenham is seeking a Data Executive to support their Data & Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will manage exhibitor data, ensuring it's accurate and ready for the sales teams to use effectively during their campaigns. This hybrid role offers a chance to develop data skills in a fast-paced environment and to work closely with sales leaders. We're looking for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their career with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

The Data & Intelligence team plays a fundamental role in Easyfairs. Covering a portfolio of events across 5 regions (UK, France, Iberia, Italy and Algeria) and sitting within the central Marketing Intelligence & Technology (MIT) team, this is the ideal position for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
The focus of this role is to work with exhibitor data: preparing, segmenting and delivering accurate, ready-to-use data to our sales teams at the right moments in their campaigns. Your work will help them target the right companies and contacts, have better conversations, and ultimately grow revenue.
The ideal candidate for this role needs excellent and consistent attention to detail, with the ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure. This position will be based in our Twickenham office and report to the Head of Data & Intelligence. The role is hybrid: typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote once probation has been successfully completed.

As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are looking for a talented and passionate Data Executive to join our central Data & Intelligence team.
As a Data Executive, you will support a growing portfolio of events across 5 regions – UK, France, Iberia, Italy and Algeria – as part of a central services function. You will work closely with sales leaders and sales teams, making sure they have the exhibitor data they need, structured and ready to use throughout the sales cycle.
Experience with Tableau and/or SQL would be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates who can demonstrate strong data skills and a willingness to learn these tools quickly.
