Role Overview

Thorp Academy is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Data & Exams Assistant to join our academy team. This is a vital role focused on ensuring the integrity and smooth execution of all internal and external examination procedures. You will provide high‑quality administrative support across examinations and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage examination entries via Bromcom, coordinating seating plans and ensuring secure storage of papers.
  • Support statutory returns (Census), set up assessment templates and produce bespoke reports for senior leadership.
  • Prepare results, collate certificates for presentation evenings.
  • Provide broader administrative help, including answering calls and filing, while adhering to strict GDPR and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Bromcom and JCQ regulations highly desirable.
  • Innovative, able to work within a fast‑paced environment.
