A leading lottery management company is seeking a Data Entry Administrator/Operator to ensure the efficient operation of lotteries. The role involves processing mail, entering data accurately, and verifying information using an AI system. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy team environment. Offering a competitive salary of £24,000 annually, this full-time position is based on-site in Lancashire with a Monday-to-Friday work pattern.

As a Data Entry Administrator/Operator, you will work as part of a large team to ensure the efficient operation of the weekly lotteries. Responsibilities include running the processing company's mail, entering data into a system, and maintaining correct and up-to-date customer records. The role involves data entry and verification for new members, renewals, and payments, as well as managing debit/credit card transactions and reconciliation.
Mail opening: We process large quantities of physical mail from our supporters and ensure that every postal entry is opened, allocated, batched and processed.
Data entry: This mail requires data entry into our internal system, so after processing the email, you will be required to add the information into the system.
Working with our AI scanner: we have recently implemented an AI OCR scanner, which helps us to enter a large amount of data; however, there are some manual processes that would require your help, such as checking the data.

Salary: £24,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week
This position is subject to satisfactory Right to Work in the UK and DBS checks.
