Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data engineering with strong SQL, Databricks, and ETL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and DAX.
  • Experience with data platform migrations and legacy system support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in data analytics or business intelligence within a construction environment.

  • Develop and optimise data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, and dashboards.

The Data Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining, optimising, designing and building robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support the data operations at Multiplex. By providing essential front‑line support to data customers, working with Analytics Lead to bring about impactful business intelligence change, and working with the Global Data Team to migrate reporting from legacy data platform onto a modernised data technology stack, this role will be essential in delivering meaningful reporting, now and for the future. The Data Engineer will collaborate closely with UK Data & Analytics Lead and the Global Data Team to deliver scalable solutions that drive innovation and digital transformation of the UK business.
