Data & Development Lead - Bicester Cambridge - £95,000

Data & Development lead, Hybrid role - 3 days in office located in Cambridgeshire, £95,000 per annum

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team in a collaborative, agile environment.

Own and deliver strategic initiatives across data engineering and system development.

Remain hands-on with solution design and implementation, providing expert-level guidance.

Drive integration and automation initiatives, enhancing our digital ecosystem.

Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Ensure best practices in system design, architecture, and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Deep technical expertise in:
  • Databricks, Azure, Power Platform, M365
• Integrations and automation
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams, ideally in a small, agile environment
• A leader who is equally comfortable at the strategic and hands-on technical levels
• Experience with SaaS platforms such as Workday and (url removed) is highly desirable
