Data & Development Lead - Strategic & Hands-On Leadership Role - Hybrid

Are you a visionary technical leader with a passion for data engineering, automation, and systems development? We're working with a forward-thinking professional services organisation seeking a Data & Development Lead to drive innovation and excellence across their internal data and systems landscape. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a role that truly shapes the future of data and systems within a dynamic business. You'll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that champions trust, excellence, pride, team spirit, and progressive thinking. This role is hybrid - in office 2-3 days per week. They have offices all over the UK.
