Qualifications

• Experience delivering data projects and/or products in an Agile methodology.
• Background in data engineering is ideal with knowledge of core data concepts.
• Experience in an Agile delivery environment with multiple squads.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to ensure delivery uses Data Engineering best practice.
• Resolve issues impacting a Data Engineering squad's delivery.
• Manage and coach a team of data engineers.

Skills

Experience delivering data projects using Agile methodology

Strong knowledge of core data concepts and technologies

Comfortable using Jira and Confluence

Stakeholder management

Line management of technical SMEs
