Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centre or Critical Environment operations and/or experience as a supervisor in an FM role.
• Strong understanding of critical facilities/data centre infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate all M&E systems efficiently and effectively within the Data Centre.
• Ensure Specialist Sub Contractors adhere to approved procedures.
• Accurate reporting of completed work orders and critical spares used.
• Champion QHSE compliance activities.
• Support training and development of shift technicians.

Skills

Experience in Data Centre or Critical Environment operations

HNC/HND in relevant field or associated Electrical/Mechanical Apprenticeship

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Excellent communication skills

Strong IT skills

Ability to lead a team under pressure

High level of initiative

Willingness to participate in training schemes

Education

HNC/HND or equivalent
