Senior Consultant - SAP BRIM CI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect with deep expertise in Power Automate, RPA and the wider Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design and delivery of automation. In addition, the ideal candidate will lead and support end-to-end SAP BRIM CI implementation projects. This role requires deep functional expertise in Convergent Invoicing and its integration with SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), and other finance modules. The candidate will play a key role in solution delivery, client engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP BRIM CI implementations from blueprint to go‑live, ensuring smooth integration with SOM, CC, and finance modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP CI solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP CI components, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders across global locations.
• Provide expert‑level guidance on CI processes, billing, invoicing cycles, and integration touchpoints.
• Deliver project documentation, user guides, and training to both clients and internal teams.
• Manage delivery across onsite‑offshore teams, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP BRIM with a focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Hands‑on experience in integrating CI with SAP SOM/CC and FI/CO modules.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering full‑cycle SAP BRIM CI implementation projects.
• Sound understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
• Experience working in an offshore/onshore model and managing cross‑location teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP CRM or SAP Hybris Billing.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
