About the programme

The Data Apprenticeship programme consists of a full time placement within the HR Operations team where our people and their data are crucial to the success of Lloyd’s. It is aimed at those with an interest in data and will provide learning and access to all manner of data, data sources and data challenges.

  • What qualifications do you need?
  • To take part in our apprentice programme, you are required to have A Levels or equivalent (Grade B or above) and GCSE Maths (Grade 6 or above) and English (Grade 4 or above) required
  • What could you be doing?
  • You’ll get to know the HR team and its stakeholders, while becoming an expert in Lloyd’s functional hierarchies. You’ll pull data from the right sources, combine it when needed, and turn it into clear analysis and insights for all functions across Lloyd’s. You’ll create insight packs and build confidence in presenting your findings to senior leadership teams.
  • What qualification will you gain?
  • You will also work towards the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship and Establish yourself with a solid foundation for a career in data analytics, with the training and confidence of the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.
