Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain records management processes and policies
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes
- Set up and manage automated data processes
- Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support and develop reporting processes
- Design and analyse surveys, presenting insights clearly
- Create dashboards, graphs, and visualisations to support decision making
- Mine and analyse large datasets, drawing valid inferences for management teams
Experience and qualifications
- 2 years experience in a similar data or reporting role
- Strong logical, mathematical, and numerical aptitude
- Passion for problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate technical data issues to non-technical audiences
- Creative flair for presenting data in a clear, engaging way
Essential
- Experience with Power BI (report building, dashboards, and data visualisation)
Preferred Skills
- Strong Excel and Access knowledge; PowerPoint for presentations
- Understanding of database structures and data handling (import/export)
