Analytics Manager - Media Agency

Reports to: Head of Analytics
Leads: Analytics Executive


You’ll guide analytics strategy, ensure reporting accuracy, oversee internal and client-facing projects, support team development, and utilise platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and SQL-based tools to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving client growth through smart analytics strategies and data‑led decision‑making.
  • Translating incoming briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Shaping the analytical approach for digital campaigns and reporting practices.
  • Coordinating resources across teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Supporting the Planning team with opportunities and insights.
  • Working closely with Activation teams to monitor campaign launches and performance issues.
About You
  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, including at least one year managing others.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring at least one team member.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Enthusiastic about the role of data and media in driving business performance.
  • Skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AI‑based tools and their application in analytics.
  • Competent in SQL for custom dashboards and reporting environments.
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for advanced tracking solutions.
