They're launching a new iGaming brand and proving that an online casino can be different: they are here to break patterns, challenge standards, and create a product the market hasn’t seen yet.

The product has just gone live. They’re forming the core team, and now looking for a data analyst who will grow into head of analytics, build their own team, and shape the data infrastructure from day one. Someone ready to become the analytics backbone of a fast-growing iGaming product. We’re searching for the bold, the hungry, the ones who want to build something meaningful — not just clock in and out.

🔴 What you’ll do

• Build and maintain the entire product analytics ecosystem (data collection, storage, dashboards)
• Set up and automate Tableau / Power BI dashboards for core KPIs (FD, deposits, retention, LTV, ROI, etc.)
• Develop SQL queries, ETL pipelines, integrations with data sources (CRM, PSPs, ad platforms, GA4, Amplitude, etc.)
• Analyze player behavior: segmentation, cohorts, churn prediction, patterns, anomalies
• Evaluate marketing performance (CAC, ROI, ARPU, ARPPU)
• Build funnels — from click to deposit and long-term retention
• Set up and analyze A/B tests, generate hypotheses and product insights
• Prepare analytical reports for C-level and founders
• Detect risks, anomalies, and potential fraud behavior
• Collaborate closely with BI engineers, product, marketing, retention, monetization teams

🔴 What you bring

• 2+ years as Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (iGaming, FinTech, e-commerce — big plus)
• Strong SQL and experience with both relational and non-relational databases
• Confident use of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience with ETL pipelines and understanding of DWH principles (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift — nice to have)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with large datasets (Python / R is a plus)
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Strong background in statistics, A/B testing, predictive modeling (LTV, churn, ARPU)
• Understanding of iGaming metrics, user lifecycle, retention, monetization, funnels
• English: Intermediate+ (documentation & reports)
