A healthcare provider is seeking an experienced assistant psychologist to work with the Ealing Mental Health Integrated Network Teams. This full-time role involves leading data analysis and delivering therapeutic interventions in a community setting. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, experience in the NHS, and strong communication skills. The salary ranges from £35,763 to £43,465.40 per annum for a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.
Applications are invited for a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant psychologist with a background in research, audit or improvement to work with the Ealing Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) to increase, improve and embolden mental health support within the West London area. These roles will sit in the community mental health (MINT) teams across the borough of Ealing.
This role will involve leading on data analysis and continuous improvement alongside supporting the delivery of care for those clients waiting for a therapeutic intervention. This role therefore requires postgraduate competencies and experience in this area. The ratio of analyst to clinical work is roughly 70:30. Before commencing in the role, there will be an induction which will cover the key skills needed to undertake the role.
