  • Contribute to the development of category strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with central teams (vendor management, marketing, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Analyze input and output KPIs at category, sub-category, and product level; derive insights to inform decision-making and actions aligned with business goals.
  • Actively manage and grow sales of our portfolio, with a strong focus on own brands, driving acquisition, migration, and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor pricing dynamics of key products and bestsellers.
  • Recommend local price adjustments in alignment with the central pricing team.

Campaigns and Promotions:

  • Develop and execute campaign and promotion plans in close collaboration with central teams.
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup in collaboration with central teams, including marketing support, banner creation and landing page setup.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track cost vs. budget, and optimize promotional impact.

Shelf Management:

  • Ensure optimal presentation of campaigns and products across the online store.
  • Provide input on search optimization, up-selling, cross-selling, and product recommendation features.
  • Work closely with shop operations on banner management, shelf arrangement, and content optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in FMCG and e-commerce, ideally within the pet sector.
  • Native-level Danish and strong proficiency in English.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Broad understanding of core business functions and how they interconnect.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of local customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Hands‑on, results‑oriented, and proactive approach.
