A registered social landlord in St. Austell is seeking an interim Damp & Mould Surveyor to ensure compliance with housing regulations and improve tenant conditions. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify D&M issues.
  • Prepare accurate reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to resolve matters promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations, policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor ongoing repair projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in disrepair surveying or a related field.
