You will be joining a well- established organisation known for its commitment to high-quality care and compliance. This role is perfect for a self-motivated Damp and Mould Inspector looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment.

As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be:
  • Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
  • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
  • Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
  • Experience within social housing
  • Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections
The interim role is offering:
  • Hybrid working

  • The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £35-37 per hour
Location & Travel

This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Worcestershire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
