Qualifications

• Experience within the agricultural livestock industry, preferably dairy.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Proficient in a range of CRM tools used in SaaS businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Technical Operations team and oversee customer onboarding.
• Lead the Customer Success team for strong client relationships.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for distributors.
