Job description

Hours: Tuesday & Thursday from 8 am - 6 pm, Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 12 pm - 7 pm

Salary: £42,640 per annum

Start Date: March

A family based in Fulham who are expecting their third baby in April and are looking for a nurturing, confident nanny to join them from March. This is very much a shared-care role as mum is hands-on and around, and will be particularly with the newborn baby, and is looking for a reliable second pair of hands to support the family.

The family has two boys, one nearly 5 years old who is in reception at school until 3 pm, and a 2 and a half year old who attends nursery in the mornings. Both the school and nursery are within walking distance of the home. The eldest may do after-school activities in the future, while the younger boy has swimming on Wednesdays. Mum is open to enrolling the children in additional classes and activities. The family also has a Jesse's House Membership.

Experience with newborns is essential for this role. The family is looking for someone confident with bottle feeding and caring for a baby as they grow, while also supporting the older children when needed. Although this is a shared-care position, there may be the occasional time (once the baby is older) when the nanny is left with all three children, though this would be rare and not the expectation.

The family ideally seeks a live-out nanny, but would consider live-in for an exceptional candidate. They also have an extremely friendly dog, so the nanny must be comfortable and confident around dogs. A driver is a bonus, though not essential, and the family would love someone open to travelling with them, as they spend time abroad during the year.
