We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-assured individual with strong communication skills, adept at collaborating within a team and comfortable engaging with individuals at all organisational levels.
The responsibilities include investigating and resolving incidents with NAV / D365 BC, maintaining accurate incident records, escalating when necessary, conducting customer handovers, documenting processes for key users, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with project teams during the hyper‑care period, aiding in the transition of new customers into our onboarding support team.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and confident person who is a good communicator, works well in a team, and is comfortable talking to people at all levels in the company. They should be curious and show a willingness to learn and question and able lead customers towards solutions. The person needs to be methodical, have attention to detail and a healthy work ethic.
