Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant management/leadership experience in a children's and adolescent mental health service.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with children and adolescents with mental health needs.
• Experience of developing strategies promoting user involvement and recovery.

• Provide operational leadership for the CYPS Community Team.
• Develop and maintain effective systems to meet national and local standards.
• Support transformation of the team and ensure effective contract implementation.
