Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices nationally

This position is ideal for a driven, results-oriented individual passionate about technology and sales. As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will lead customer acquisition for CRI, helping to drive the company's growth and success.

Our team collaborates with KPMG's broader advisory practice to link cyber to operational resilience, risk management, IT transformation, and business resilience.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

What will you need to do it?

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position our platform as the solution.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Tailor sales approaches based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with customer success teams.
  • Track sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide customer feedback to guide product development.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Demonstrate resilience, problem-solving skills, and industry knowledge.

Skills we'd love to see / Amazing Extras:

  • Recognized risk qualifications (CBCI, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
  • Experience in SaaS sales, excellent communication, and understanding of the SaaS business model.
