Qualifications

  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and administering CRM and CS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills including experience with BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
