We're looking for an experienced Customs Coordinator to join our growing team in Egham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in Freight who thrives on managing customs processes and ensuring smooth cross-border movements.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the end-to-end process for EU road freight import shipments (Customs)
  • Taking ownership of customs entries and clearances, ensuring full HMRC compliance
  • Preparing and checking all import documentation, including commodity codes, tariffs, and EORI details
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customs position working for a freight forwarder in the UK for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK customs procedures and documentation.
  • Experience using customs clearance systems (e.g. CDS, Destin8, or similar)
