Job description

Customer Team Member Location: Ffordd Penrhwylfa , Prestatyn, LL19 8BP Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs.

  • Friendly and thoughtful service
  • You’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better
  • Supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal
  • Keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
  • Help introduce new products and services
  • Make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Get involved in all kinds of activities and events
