Customer Team Member

Location: 110 High Street, Heathfield, TN21 8JD | Pay: £12.60 per hour | Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time | Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at-------------- Interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training provided.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store-Аsafe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved سبح all kinds of activities and events!
