Overview

Customer Team Member
Location: 63 High Street, Tarvin, CH3 8EE
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service—put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and help deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Keep the store safe and legal: stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services and share experiences with colleagues to support learning
  • Support the local community by getting involved in activities and events
