Customer Team Member

Location: Longsight Road Holcombe Brook, Bury, BL0 9SH

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, 6‑month temporary contract, part‑time

Working pattern: varied shifts – early mornings (6.30 am opening), afternoons,efa both nights (10.15 pm closing) and weekends. Shift pattern will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and provide a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves, keep prices, dates and temperatures correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences to learn together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.
