A well-known retail cooperative is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Great Wyrley, United Kingdom. In this part-time role, you'll manage and support the store team while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing safety and stock accuracy, and building community relationships. The role offers £13.99 per hour, 36 days of holiday, a pension with up to 10% contribution, and comprehensive training. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
