The Opportunity

A leading organisation based in Magherafelt is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. Working closely with supervisors, contractors, and internal departments, the successful candidate will help coordinate response maintenance repair requests while ensuring high standards of communication and service delivery.
