A leading logistics and supply chain company in the UK is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator. This role involves managing the order-to-invoice process, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have relevant experience in supply chain, a bachelor's degree preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Multilingual skills are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to enhance customer service performance and supply chain efficiency.
The main purpose of this role is to manage the order-to-invoice process for the assigned markets and coordinate with approved logistics partners to ensure customer requirements are met. The Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Coordinator will process customer orders, work closely with UK warehouse (internal and freight forwarders, where necessary) providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, and oversee accurate invoicing while resolving customer claims.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
